Shinjuku Ramen Bar is a new Japanese street food restaurant. It’s concept and menu is inspired in Izakaya (Japanese street drinking/food establishments). The restaurant takes its name from one of Tokyo’s busiest and most iconic districts: Shinjuku. It’s busy, it’s loud, -sometimes a bit shady- but above all, it’s tasty.
A feast for the eyes, and stomach.

The inspiration
The Shinjuku District in Tokyo is a clash of all things Japan: Karaoke bars, Izakaya restaurants, heavy traffic, tired business men, robots, traditional little streets, tourist traps and even a red light district. All under the eye of a Gozilla replica and lots of neon signs.
